The Origin
What can
I do
about it?
I'm Bodhi Debnath. I spent over a decade building and scaling digital businesses — leading growth for a SaaS empire of six brands with a multi-million dollar revenue portfolio. The playbook was familiar: find leverage, scale fast, optimize everything.
But something shifted. Not the ambition — the direction. An increasing sense of helplessness at being climate-aware but feeling irrelevant to the problem. When the opportunity came to take up Head of Growth at a climate tech startup, it wasn't just a career move. It was the first time I could see how the skills I'd spent years sharpening could actually matter.
My work with Terra.do proved something I'd suspected: that climate and sustainability organizations don't fail from lack of impact — they fail from lack of reach. The expertise exists. The digital muscle to deliver it at scale usually doesn't.
Climate organizations don't need more awareness.
They need more customers.
That realization became Project 3rd Rock — a studio that partners with climate and sustainability businesses to build the digital products, platforms, and growth systems that turn expertise into exponential impact.
